Use of energy assessment for the design of the building with almost zero energy consumption

The diploma thesis deals with the design of nearly zero energy buildings. It focuses primarily on optimizing the thermal insulation thickness at a cost-optimal level. Based on energy consumption analysis, three heat sources are selected and then evaluated using an energy assessment. The building is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental.

The theme of my bachelor´s thesis in the theoretical part is familiar with heating by solid fuel boilers and their distribution. In the computation part is the design for heating ski accomodation. The computation part includes the calculation of heat losses, the design of heat transfer surfaces, dimenzioning of pipes, design of the heat source for heating and warm water. As a heat source is applied gasification boiler on firewood. Natural ventilation is designed in whole building.

This bachelorś thesis handles heating system for a pension. The theoretical part is based on the theme of gasification boilers. Calculation part includes the calculation of heat losses, the design of heat transfer surfaces, dimenzioning of pipes and design of the heat source for heating and warm water. As a heat source is applied gasification boiler on wood. Warm water is heated by heating water from acumulation tank. The project includes a technical report and drawings.
